Axcelus Financial Life Ltd. (“AFLL”), Axcelus Financial Global Insurance Ltd. ("AFGIL") and Axcelus Financial Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd. ("AFLIC BM") offer life insurance and annuity products available through the international business based in Bermuda. These products may not be sold in the United States, nor to citizens or residents of the United States, nor to residents of Bermuda.
Axcelus Financial Bermuda insurers are incorporated in Bermuda and are registered with the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Axcelus Financial Bermuda insurers are segregated accounts companies registered under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000.
