Keith Stock is Chairman and CEO of First Financial Investors, Inc., Senior Executive Advisor with Brookside Equity Partners, Chairman and CEO of Stock Securities LLC, a U. S. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority registered broker dealer (www.finra.org). Mr. Stock is also the Chairman and CEO of First Bermuda Securities Ltd, a Bermuda Monetary Authority registered investment company (www.bma.bm).
Previously Mr. Stock served as Chairman and CEO of Worldwide Reinsurance Limited, Executive Chairman of National Property REIT Corp and Executive Officer of its affiliated companies, Executive Chairman and Officer of Clarien Group and Clarien Bank (Bermuda) Limited, Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Office of the CEO of TIAA- a diversified financial, retirement services and insurance firm. Furthermore, Mr. Stock served as President of Mastercard Advisors where he was a member of Mastercard Worldwide's Joint Policy and Operating Committee.
Earlier Mr. Stock held executive positions with banking, insurance, management consulting, and technology services firms including roles as a Partner and Management Group Member of McKinsey & Company, Partner and Head of the Insurance Practice for AT Kearney, Inc. and Financial Services Sector Leader for Capgemini, the global technology services firm. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive of St. Louis Bank and President of Treasury Bank Limited, U.S. nationally chartered commercial banks. He has served on financial, fintech and investment company boards of directors including those of Alcar LLC, the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Independence Bancshares, Inc., IQ Financial, Inc. (a former unit of Deutsche Bank), Sun Bancorp, Inc., (now known as OceanFirst Bancorp), and Severn Bancorp, Inc. (now Shore United Bank). He began his career as a commercial loan collateral auditor and credit review officer with the Mellon Bank (now BNY Mellon).
Mr. Stock is a director and treasurer of the Foreign Policy Association, a member of the Economic Club of New York, and Chairman of the AFS-USA, Inc. President’s Council. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
